ABOUT EMMARY
In the simplest of terms, I love what I do.
Nothing impacts me more than handing over a set of keys to a buyer who has dreamed of having a place of their own, or helping a seller work through the emotions that come with pulling up roots they’ve planted over the years.
For 16 years, in Arizona and New Mexico, I’ve worked through the good, the bad, and the relatively insane world of real estate with people from all walks of life, with all kinds of needs, goals, and dreams.
Professionally, I’m a volunteer leader at both the local and state levels, a proud supporter of RPAC, and a firm believer that everyone deserves the opportunity to become a homeowner.
Personally, I’m married to an amazing REALTOR®, Kent Simpson, a fourth-generation steward of his family’s farm in Southern New Mexico. Kent focuses his real estate business on commercial property, farm, land, and ranch, and investment real estate.
As for me, I’m a laid-back, no-pressure kind of gal. I’m here to guide you, counsel you, answer the questions you didn’t even know you needed to ask, and do what you ask — within the law, of course — with integrity, honesty, and a little humor intertwined.
Because real estate is serious business.
That doesn’t mean we have to be miserable while we’re doing it.

ABOUT KENT
Kent — that handsome guy up there — is where our motto, “It’s About People,” came from.
He is practical, down to earth, and deeply committed to making sure every client understands the process from beginning to end. Kent is also our numbers guy. He has no problem digging into trend lines, historical data, market shifts, and the details behind the deal.
A REALTOR® for more than 20 years, Kent started in Tucson, Arizona. His interest in farm, land, and ranch properties — along with his membership in the REALTORS® Land Institute — comes naturally. Kent is the fourth generation of his family to help guide Simpson Farm in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
He has also been a dedicated volunteer leader at the local, state, and national levels, serving on numerous committees over the years, including the area closest to his heart: legislative affairs.
In 2025, Kent was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame, reflecting his long-standing belief that REALTORS® do far more than help people buy and sell property.
We are advocates for property rights, homeownership, communities, and the people we serve.
For Kent, that always comes back to one thing:
It’s About People.
